A tower on one of the corners of Fort Chambly located on the rapids on the Richeleau River. Robert Flowers, while never stationed here, probably spent time here as his company moved up and down the Richeleau to their various posts. Fort Chambly seemed to be the center of military life for the British soldiers on the Richeleau during the Revolutionary War. This fort, too, guarded the river. Enemy boats and troops attempting to go down this rapids in the river were very vulnerable to the fort's defenses, as well as to the dangers of the rapids, themselves.
